We will design your ‘home away from home’ exclusively for you.
You can choose anything from 10′ up to 28′ or more – and we are not restricted to 2″ multiples either. If you want a van that is 15′ 2″, we will build it, to size and layout, to options and decor.
Bring us your ideas and we will bring them to life.

You don’t have to look tough to handle the rough. The gelcoat used on our body panels is the same as used on luxury yachts, so as well as looking great it is easy to look after and as tough as nails, so apart from a front stone shield there is no real need for body armor which just adds extra weight.

Our quality over quantity ideals ensure that each of our products are finished to a long lasting, highly durable standard. While maintaining strength in design, Gemhunter Custom Caravans also take pride in their high degree of aesthetic appeal.

From our galvanised steel off-road chassis with 3.5 ton hitch, independent suspension and 12” electric brakes to our structural fibreglass/foam sandwich body, we focus on strength and durability, while still offering what we believe is the lightest off-road caravan on the market.
